Apartment change
During your occupancy, you can apply for a change of apartment either to another housing location or a different apartment. For an apartment change, a currently applicable transfer fee will be charged (€ 60 in 2023).
Generally, we strive to manage apartment changes inside Koas as smoothly as possible so that any double rents are avoided. The term of notice for family apartments is always one calendar month.
