Moving within Koas

In a case you have got an offer to change your Koas home to a new one.

Accept the apartment offer and you will receive a new lease agreement to sign. On family flats the lease will be signed by both tenants.

By accepting the apartment transfer offer, we will end the current lease agreement at the same time as the new agreement starts.

Be prepared to move in by 12 noon on the first weekday of the month, as a move-in time cannot be arranged for an apartment exchange.

Remember to inform your subtenant regarding the time you are moving out and the lease will end.
