Koas Taitoniekantien basic renovation
Project ongoing 6/2023 – 6/2024. The shared apartments will be converted into studios and two-room apartments. In the B building, the apartment types remain unchanged and serve, for example, families very well. Special features of this Koas housing location are the barbecue place and playground in the courtyard, as well as the lounge, study room, sauna facilities and laundry located in the A-building.
Koas Tourula – new construction
Project ongoing 8/2023 – 12/2024. In total, 102 studios and 19 two-room apartments will be completed in this a handy location close to the city center. The housing location offers residents common spaces, such as lounge areas, a study area, sauna facilities and a laundry, as well as apartment-specific storage spaces and bicycle storage facilities.
Koas Syke – new construction
Project ongoing 1/2024 – 3/2025. Koas Syke is being built in the immediate vicinity of Koas Hospa and Koas Harju. The building will offer 80 student apartments ranging from studios to three-room apartments. The apartments include e.g. French balconies, vinyl plank floors and kitchens with induction cookers and dishwashers. The future residents of Koas Syke share e.g. laundry and sauna facilities with the adjacent Koas Harju.
Construction projects at Koas
In our facelift projects, we improve the comfort of apartments and common areas by renewing e.g. surfaces, lighting and usability. Residents can live in the apartment during the renovation, as the renovation is carried out in phases and efficiently, taking only about a week per apartment.
In basic renovations, we renew the entire residential property, including building technology. After the renovation, the residence will therefore be like new. New tenants can enjoy the feeling of a new home! The start of the apartment application period for new housing is always announced on the Koas website.
