Pets

Pets are allowed in studios and family apartments, but not in apartments that are shared with other residents. It is also possible to rent the entire shared apartment for yourself so that you can keep a pet. Pets are not permitted in any of the apartments of the Seminaarinmäki location.

Minor scratches on the floor surfaces made by pets are considered normal wear and tear. However, if pets cause remarkable damage, such as bite or claw marks or a foul smell or other damage caused by excrements, this cannot be accepted as normal wear and tear.
