You can apply for KOAS housing after you receive the acceptance letter from your place of study. New students have priority to the rooms in August and September. For new students we have mostly rooms from shared apartmens to offer.

We waiting time to get a room from a shared apartment vary during the year. This is the form of accommodation we can most likely offer.

We have single rooms in shared apartment with own entrance and bathroom very rarely to offer. Only three locations have this kind of flats.

Waiting time for a family flat vary from the location and the max rent. We don't have long queue for two and tree room family flats.

Studio is the most wanted apartment. At the moment the waiting time is approx. one year.

The transfer fee from one Koas flat to another is 60 €. We don't take double rent from tenants who change the flat. Family flats the notice time is always one calendar month.

When there is a need for accommodation, fastest way is to apply a room from shared flat. During the summer we don't have many options to choose from.
