ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RENT INCREASE

The rent in KOAS flats will increase from January 1. 2018 with the average 0,93%. The reason for the increase is the rise of the maintenance (water, energy etc.). The fee for parking places will be raised 1-3 € per month. Fees for sauna turn and furniture will remain the same.
