4. Purpose of use of personal data

Key pick up and return of keys from the automatic keybox system based on personalized information.Key management of the registrar’s properties. Investigation of crime and vandalism and other malpractice in the real estates owned by the data controller.

  • Name and address and other possible contact data of the key holder
  • Handover and return dates
  • Real estate door access data

Data collected directly from data subjects at the beginning of tenancy, access data collected from the door readers of real estates

7. Regular disclosures of information

As a rule, information is not disclosed outside Koas. In the case of suspected criminal activity, information can be disclosed to the police.

Information is not transferred outside the territory of the EU member states or the European Economic Area.

9. Data protection principles

Electronically processed register data is protected by using firewalls, passwords and other necessary applicable technical measures generally accepted in the area of information security. Materials maintained manually are located in areas to which access is denied from unauthorised persons.

Only designated employees of the data controller and companies working under and on behalf of the data controller, who have signed a confidentiality agreement, are allowed to access data contained in the register based on a personal access right granted by the data controller.
