Terminating Your Tenancy

You can terminate your lease with KOAS with this form. You will get confirmation to your email when we have received the notice.

For family lease contracts, both leaseholders must submit their own Termination of Tenancy request.

If you have a Finnish bank account, you can give it for the deposit return with this form. To get the deposit to a foreign bank account, fill in the correct bank account info.

Remember to send the form after the preview!
