The studio apartments becoming available at the beginning of August have now been offered to applicants. A small number of studios may still become available due to cancellations, and a few additional housing offers may still be sent out.
There is currently good availability of shared apartments, and we are continuing to offer them to applicants. In a shared apartment, you always have your own private, lockable room, while the kitchen and other common areas are shared with the other residents. Most of the rooms are without furniture.
You can also apply for a shared apartment together with a friend. In that case, both applicants must submit their own housing application and include the other person’s name in the additional information section of the application. We will then do our best to offer you rooms in the same shared apartment. Shared apartments are currently available in Kuokkala, Ristonmaa and Myllyjärvi.
There is also good availability of one-bedroom apartments, especially in the Kuokkala and Myllyjärvi areas. In addition, a few three-bedroom apartments are available in Kuokkala. These properties also offer parking spaces, and the city centre is easily accessible by bike via excellent cycling routes or by bus. Housing in the city centre is currently very limited.
Please remember to complete your housing application carefully and attach a certificate of student status or your admission letter from your educational institution. A complete application with all the required attachments helps us process your application and make housing offers more quickly.
