After an extensive development project, we are excited to introduce our new rental and operational management system starting from February 2026! The goal of the system renewal is to provide our residents and applicants with smoother and more versatile services, especially through digital channels.
How will this affect you?
The Booking system will be discontinued and replaced with new resident pages
- The Booking service will stop working on January 31, 2026, and any reservations made through it will no longer be valid from February 1, 2026 onward.
- Your existing long-term reservations—such as parking spaces and storage units—will be transferred to the new system. However, after logging in, please check in the new system to ensure that your reservations are visible.
- You can register and log in to the new resident pages starting February 3, 2026. We will publish a link on our website through which you can access the pages. Please note that registration requires strong authentication using online banking credentials. If you don’t have finnish bank credentials no need to worry we release instructions how you get in!
What should you keep in mind?
- Various reservable spaces and services—such as laundry rooms and saunas—will be unavailable during the transition period from February 1 to February 3, 2026. Our goal is to keep the downtime as short as possible, but schedule changes are possible. Please prepare for the outage, for example by doing your laundry in advance!
- Use any remaining sauna tokens by the end of the month. Unused tokens will not be refunded.
- There may be temporary service interruptions or some functions may initially be unavailable in the new system. However, we will strive to minimize any inconvenience to residents.
- If you have not provided your social security number to us, you will not be able to log in to the resident pages.
