The opening hours of the Koas office are changing! Starting in March, the office doors are open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Digital customer service has become even more common in recent years, which makes it wise to focus our resources on making that experience even better.
Starting in March, you can still easily reach us by phone and via digital channels on working days, but the office opening hours will change. On the first working day of the month, i.e. the so-called moving day, the Koas office is open from 12 noon to 3 pm and the phone service is open from 9 am to 3 pm, especially for questions related to the move or keys.
The new opening hours of the Koas office from March 1, 2024:
- The office opening hours are Mon, Wed, Fri from 12 noon to 3 pm (12:00 – 15:00).
- The telephone customer service operates on weekdays from 12 noon to 3 pm (12:00 – 15:00).
- First working day of the month: the office from 12 noon to 5 pm (12:00 – 15:00) & telephone service from 9 am to 3 pm (09:00 – 15:00).
