Visit Koas Korttelikylä B building

Koas korttelikylä A and C buildings welcomed their first residents at the turn of the year. B building with its common areas will be completed by April 2023. Now you have a chance to visit the B building model apartments!

A studio and a one-bedroom apartment are open for viewing. These are nearly finished apartments but some details may ne incomplete. We get a good understanding of the materials and the general feeling of the apartments in Koas Korttelikylä during the open house session.

The model apartments are open for viewers:

Thu, Jan 26 at 4 pm - 6 pm

The example apartments are located in Koas Korttelikylä, B building, Pitkäkatu 21.

Entrance from the inner courtyard of Korttelikylä area. Follow signs.

During the open house you will meet Koas staff members. Come see the model apartments and don’t hesitate to ask questions about Korttelikylä or the application.

Please note that Koas Korttelikylä is still under construction and one should be very careful when walking in and around the building. Safe entry to the apartments will be marked by signs, please follow those.
