The new rent invoices for 2023 have been mailed

On January 1, 2023, rents will increase by an average of 4 percent. The rent increase is due to the rise in property management costs, especially the rise in the price of electricity and interest costs. With Koas, the rent includes all living expenses: electricity, water and laundry bills, as well as general sauna shifts and data network fees.

Parking space rents will rise by €1-4/month and separate furniture fees will rise by €5-8/month.
