Exceptions in opening hours around the holiday season

The doors to Koas office are still closed due to the current corona situation. However, you can easily reach us via our online services and by calling. Please note the special schedules for the holiday season below.

We strongly advice everyone to use our online services and avoid coming to the office unless it is absolutely necessary, like picking up keys. The return of the keys is easy: simply put them in an envelope with your address on it and place them in the key return box outside the Koas office, Kauppakatu 11 A, 2^nd floor.

Upcoming exceptions in opening hours:

Dec 21-27, 2020, the office, customer service and phone lines are closed.

Jan 1^st and 6^th, 2021, the office, customer service and phone lines are closed.

In urgent matters or faults, or if you have misplaced your key, remember to contact the service company of your building! The contact info can be found on Koas website and in the notice board of your building. In less urgent matters, fault reports can be made normally through Koas website during the holidays.
