Application for Koas Korttelikylä begins on September 12, 2022

Korttelikylä is a unique housing location, located in the Mäki-Matti district close to everything from campuses to sports facilities and from the city centre services to grocery stores. Combining the idea of an urban village with the sense of community, the areas of the housing location were designed keeping this in mind.

The three buildings of Koas Korttelikylä welcome new residents in as follows: The A and C buildings will be completed by new year, and the B building with the common areas by the beginning of April 2023. Approximately 20 % of the apartments are reserved for existing Koas residents who change apartments.

The application will begin on September 12, 2022, at 12-noon. The application form and the information page can be found on koas.fi on that same Monday.
