Office closed on Ascension Day and Friday May 14th, 2021

The office, customer service and phone lines are closed on Ascension Day, Thursday May 13, and Friday May 14.

In urgent matters or faults, or if you have misplaced your key, remember to contact the service company of your building! The contact info can be found on Koas website and in the notice board of your building. In less urgent matters, fault reports can be made normally through Koas website.

The doors to Koas office are still closed due to the current corona situation but we are here for all Koas residents! You can easily reach us via our online services and by calling us again on Monday May 17 and onwards.

We strongly advice everyone to use our online services and only coming to the office if it is absolutely necessary, like picking up keys. If you need to discuss housing-related matters in person, please book an appointment by sending us an email at koas@koas.fi! The return of the keys is easy: simply put them in an envelope with your address on it and place them in the key return box outside the Koas office, Kauppakatu 11 A, 2^nd floor.
