Maintenance
The daily building maintenance, such as control and inspections of the buildings and their equipment, processing the residents' fault reports and service duty are taken care of by service companies. These companies are also responsible for public sanitation and waste collection and disposal.
The administration, maintenance and repair of the buildings are taken care of by the Koas organization.
