Flats
Koas flats are designed specifically for students. Most of the flats are small flats, single-room flats and family flats or shared flats with 2 rooms + kitchen. The houses have laundry facilities and common rooms in which you can read magazines subscribed by the residents' committees or you can borrow games and household appliances.
Computer network as standard fitting
All flats are connected to the computer network. The net connection is fast and operates via the university network.
Low accommodation costs
In the Koas flats all accommodation costs are included in the rent: electricity, water, net connection, access to laundry facility and sauna. The rents vary according to the flat size, building time and location. The average rent is 10.25€/m2/month.
