Return the deposit
You will receive the deposit pack upon the expiry of your lease, the conditions that all keys have been returned and the apartment is in acceptable condition, and that you owe no rent or have other payments in arrears.
The deposit will be returner to your bank account in your home country by the end of the following month after lease has ended. KOAS can without hearing the tenant, use the deposit to cover arrears. To make sure that we will be able to return your deposit, please fill in this for clearly.
