Termination
The notice time is one calendar month. This notice of lease termination will be send to KOAS customer service. You’ll get a confirmation email when your notice has been handled (normally during the next working day). Without the confirmation email the termination notice has not been delivered. Tenants are responsible for delivering the notice.
In family agreements, both tenants should send their own termination notice, but only one person needs to fill in the new address and bank account number.
