NETWORK
There is a local area network based Internet connection in every Koas apartment. Every tenant has 100 Mbps of bandwidht in disposal. All you need to have to get on line is a combuter that works, a network card and at least a CAT5 RJ-45 network cable.
Network usage fee is included in teh rent. You can access the Internet only if you send the following information to teh tenant office. You can send them by email or visiting the tenant office in person.

The quota is 3000 MB/24h. You can check the status of your quota at http://netinfo.jyu.fi/resnet/resnet-netquota.cgi.

The help desk is open from 4 pm to 6 pm Mon - Fri exept holidays. The cost is 0,75€/min+pvm.
The help desk provides telephone support for tenants with network problems.
