Report faults in the net
Faults are reportend via the net, in section Janitor in the net. The fault report form is delivered to the maintenance company. Always indicate one falut only in one fault reporting field. All residents are responsible for reporting a detected fault or damage. Report fault when:
- Your flat is too hot or cold.
- Doors and windows do not close properly.
- You notice defects in ventilation.
- The windows fog up or frost.
- A device is damaged.
- A tap, toilet bowl or similar has a leak.
- The drain is bolcked.
- Your apartment ha an unsual smell.
- You are unsure of the correct perfomance of a device, appliance or function.
